A Childcare Assistant position has become available in a home-based setting (B90). Part time, term time only. Approximately 25 hours per week (hours will be 1pm to 6pm Monday-Friday).

The ideal candidate MUST have previous experience of working with children. The candidate must be trustworthy, flexible, a team player and reliable. They must be able use their initiative and assist in the day to day care of children of all ages. Enthusiasm is a must!

Following the EYFS, you would help plan activities for the children. Assist the children each day, in preparing food, singing, reading stories, craft…..Working in a small team to enable the children reach their full potential. The successful candidate is subject to satisfactory DBS check. A level 3 childcare qualification would be advantageous. First Aid training will be provided if not currently held.
