Care Assistant Vacancies Available in the Redditch Area

We are looking for caring and passionate individuals who are flexible to work in the Redditch area only

We provide care and support to elderly and disabled residents in their own homes, to enable them to remain as healthy and independent as possible by supporting them with all aspects of personal care, medication, nutrition and hydration and socialisation.

You don’t need to have experience as we provide all training and shadowing, however you must have a caring nature and want to make a difference to others lives

Driving is not essential but is preferable. If you are unable to drive you must be prepared to walk/get public transport

We have the following shifts available, and are able to be somewhat flexible around them, however you must be available for some weekends and if you can only do the 11:30am-2:30pm shift then we won’t have much work for you as we prioritise those who can do the early mornings and late evenings first.

• 7am – 11am
• 11:30am – 2:30pm
• 3/3:30pm – 6:30pm
• 6:30pm – 10pm
• Waking/sleeping night sits – from 10pm to 7am
