Apprentice Administrator
An exciting opportunity has become available at Edwards Insurance Brokers, for an
Apprentice Administrator to join our Insurance Broking team based in Meriden. We are
looking for a customer focussed individual who is willing to learn and provide a professional
and comprehensive reception service and administrative support to the team. The
successful applicant will enrol onto a Level 2 Business Administration apprenticeship and
obtain a nationally recognised qualification.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Answering all incoming calls
  • Responsible for the visitor intercom as well as meeting and greeting visitors
  • Managing all incoming enquiries and distributing them to the team
  • Open and distribute post and frank all outgoing post on a daily basis
  • Scheduling meetings
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Providing clerical support to the team
  • Assisting with the reporting of any IT issues to our third party providers
  • Managing the companies archiving system
Job Type / Schedule:
Full time, 35 Hours a week
Monday – Friday
