An experienced Administrator, available immediately?

Seeking an all-round administration role, with a view to going permanent for the right person?

Excellent communication skills and enjoy in and outbound calls?

Duties to entail:

Undertake in and outbound calls, receiving calls from various parties, customers and departments – taking clear telephone messages and distributing accordingly

Administration tasks to support various internal departments

Supporting various departments with a variety of administrative tasks – updating systems dealing with email correspondence, talking to Clients and third parties

Prepare all outgoing mail for despatch

Scan all incoming documentation onto the system and allocate to the correct departments

Keep up to date with general filing and paperwork

Comply with GDPR

Carry out general administrative tasks as required

Key Skills/Experience Required:

Possess excellent communication skills and a clear phone manner

Good written communication skills

Ability to work at pace and to deadlines

Flexible to work until 8pm when required and weekend hours until 5pm

Competent on MS office

Excellent customer service skills with empathy
