Position:Activity Leader
Salary: £15p/h when training, £20 p/h when delivering (self-employed) Location: South Birmingham/Solihull Contract: Part-time (10-16 hours/week) – extra cover hours available! Hours Tues – Sat with times between 9am-3pm Must have: A driver’s license valid for the UK and a car.

About the Role
We’re on the lookout for a charismatic, energetic, and fun-loving Activity Leader to deliver our exciting Toddler Tennis & Tiny Tots P.E sessions for children aged 18 months to 5 years old. Your mission? To make their first experience of physical activity pure joy!
What You’ll Do:
· Deliver super fun, high-energy activity sessions using our playful lesson plans.
· Create a safe, engaging, and confidence-building environment.
· Build amazing relationships with kids, nurseries and parents.
· Be punctual, reliable, and bring loads of energy every session.
· Set the best example as a positive role model.
What We’re Looking For:
· Experience working with children aged 2-5 years (essential).
· A BIG personality – confidence to be silly, energetic, and engaging.
· A friendly, chatty, and warm attitude – kids will be asking after you for days!
· A passion for physical activity (sports coaching experience is a bonus but not required).
· A driver’s license valid for the UK & access to a car (you’ll be traveling between venues).
· Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to get one).
· First Aid & Child Safeguarding Training (can be completed after hiring).
