£17,500 starting salary rising to an OTE of up to £21,700 after training

Do you have experience of sales gained in a sales/hospitality/call centre environment?
Do you have a knowledge of or an interest in the pub trade?
If so, we are currently looking for energetic, target driven candidates to join our fast-paced and expanding Customer Contact Centre team. You’ll make between 40-50 outbound calls per day to take regular beer/wine/spirits orders from our publicans, engaging with them to discuss new brands, proactively find opportunities to add value, present deals and up sell. You will also manage online orders and help grow our online sales.
We are looking for a service led individual, experienced in sales with a passion for building relationships and who will consistently demonstrate our company values delivering a great service for our publicans.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- An understanding of sales techniques and good negotiating skills
- Efficient and accurate order entry
- Ability to build relationships
- High attention to detail
- A service related focus
- Experience in the pub/drinks/industry
- Good PC literacy – we use multiple platforms including, CRM, Excel, online, text etc.

Our Customer Contact Centre is open 7 days a week between 7am and 8pm and a range of shifts are worked on a rota basis, occasional weekend working is therefore required.
