Interpreter Coordinator – position available.F/T

Sign Solutions, specialist Interpreting Agency based in Alvechurch, South Birmingham, is seeking an intelligent, organised and driven individual to join our very busy and rapidly expanding Interpreting Coordination Team.

You will have responsibility for all phases of the booking process and will need to be able to deal with large volumes of bookings/emails/calls. High level time management skills are required to prioritise the Interpreting support requests in relation to urgency and scenario. You will report to the Agency Manager.

Full training and supervision will be provided, however we are looking for an individual with very strong communication & IT skills. You will need to have a keen eye for detail and be able to react quickly to support requests, so that the Deaf person receives the correct Interpreting support in an efficient and effective manner. Multitasking and processing of several bookings simultaneously is a must.

You will be part of a fast-paced team of coordinators, responsible for responding quickly to high profile clients and meeting their Interpreting needs through effective diary management and scheduling.

Full Time, £17k- £20k pa dependant on relevant experience, Pension Scheme, Attendance Bonus, 20 days holiday increasing to 25 days, free parking.
