The successful candidate will be required to provide effective communication and support to internal and external contacts to enable an efficient and productive service.
Key Duties:

Ensure each defect received is recorded, actioned and closed efficiently

Plan and co-ordinate work with the operations team
-
Effective communication with residents to assist the completion of works
-
Follow up works to ensure closure
-
Communicate with the technical team
-
Attend monthly meetings with the Contracts Manager
-
Ensure good working relationships are created and maintained
-
Provide regular feedback and communication on ongoing projects
-
Escalate concerns or issues to management
Experience in a similar role is required.
