Customer Care Co-ordinator

£21,000 – £28,000
The successful candidate will be required to provide effective communication and support to internal and external contacts to enable an efficient and productive service.
Key Duties:
  • Ensure each defect received is recorded, actioned and closed efficiently
  • Plan and co-ordinate work with the operations team
  • Effective communication with residents to assist the completion of works
  • Follow up works to ensure closure
  • Communicate with the technical team
  • Attend monthly meetings with the Contracts Manager
  • Ensure good working relationships are created and maintained
  • Provide regular feedback and communication on ongoing projects
  • Escalate concerns or issues to management
Experience in a similar role is required.
