An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Technical Support Apprentice in our ICT and Information Governance Division.

You will become part of a busy front line ICT Service Desk providing a first point of contact for service users, triage of incidents and technical support. We respond to queries via phone and email, record customer details and resolve cases before escalating to second line support teams as required.

Our service runs Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 17:15 on a rota basis.
